PRENATAL YOGA IMMERSION

Saturday, July 29th from 3 pm – 5 pm

Join us for a two-hour immersion on the benefits of prenatal yoga including health in both the body and the mind during pregnancy. With some of the most stressed out pregnant women ever recorded in history, this population benefits greatly from a regular yoga practice. This workshop will teach modifications of yoga poses, breathing practices and basics about postures that benefit the pregnant body. Perfect for pregnant women, their partners, birth professionals or yoga professionals seeking more knowledge on prenatal yoga. Saturday, July 29th from 3 pm – 5 pm.

YOGA THERAPY WORKSHOP:
“LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. CHANGE YOUR LIFE.”

Saturday, August 5th from 3 pm – 4:30 pm

Has your life been impacted by recent injury, illness, trauma or stress? Has an unexpected life event left you depressed, anxious or feeling stuck? Have you ever felt emotional in a yoga pose and wondered “what that was all about”? In this insightful workshop, we’ll explore how the mental and emotional imprints of stress not only show up as tension or “blocks” in the body but also as “blocks” in life, limiting our growth and true potential. You’ll leave with tools to better manage the physical stress as well as tools to thrive and live a more empowered, authentic life. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Safe for ALL bodies. A journal or writing tools are recommended.  Taught by CSY Instructor, Bethany Dotson.

YOGA IN THE PARK

Every Tuesday from 6 – 7 pm

Join us every Tuesday from 6 pm – 7 pm at Elwood’s on 19th and Riverside for our weekly outdoor yoga class. This is an all-levels vinyasa yoga class perfect for all ages. Donations are accepted in cash or credit. Bring a yoga mat and bring a friend. Class is taught by Melissa Cameron.
