PRENATAL YOGA IMMERSION
Saturday, July 29th from 3 pm – 5 pm
Join us for a two-hour immersion on the benefits of prenatal yoga including health in both the body and the mind during pregnancy. With some of the most stressed out pregnant women ever recorded in history, this population benefits greatly from a regular yoga practice. This workshop will teach modifications of yoga poses, breathing practices and basics about postures that benefit the pregnant body. Perfect for pregnant women, their partners, birth professionals or yoga professionals seeking more knowledge on prenatal yoga. Saturday, July 29th from 3 pm – 5 pm.
